Items that have been purchased directly through PorchBox's online store are eligible for return within 30 calendar days from the date the order is delivered. Items must be unused and in the same condition they were received. You must receive a return authorization number before returning the PorchBox
Only items that have been purchased directly from PorchBox can be returned to PorchBox. All other products purchased through retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
